Founded by Dale Ducote in 1993. Principal partners John Dawes and Keith Johnson brought in 1999 and expanded to two offices. The principal partners bring over 45 years of valuable experience in the insurance underwriting and marketing, managed care networking, benefit administration and communication industries. This background gives us the know how to take on most any benefit challenge with confidence in our ability to deliver results our clients should expect from expert advisors.

We are please to serve a wide variety of employer types in almost every region of the country. While many clients are single site employers, many have multiple locations within a region and others have employees spread throughout the states. The variety of clients also means we’re experienced with retiree, collectively bargaining and executive classification and the specialized benefit programs which serve these interests.
